What happens if my delivery does not arrive within two days?
Please allow up until 6.00pm - the cut-off time - for your delivery to arrive. Then call or email us with your order number and as much detail as you can give so that we can trace the package and get your goods to you. Please note that our carrier service is extremely efficient but the occasional hiccup can occur and, although it is usually out of our control, we will do all we can to resolve the issue, and as such, we advise customers not to book workmen or engineers until your order has arrived.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please report damages to us within two days of receiving your delivery.
